when the lines are drawn by light, they take the shape of the surfaces.. if surface is flat lines are straight, if not they become curvy :) very well done Jeanette!! :)

My first photography class we were given an assignment to capture an image with texture that also was well-composed and had the full range of tones. I looked and loooooooked and finally found something. It was O.K., but that exercise and image are emblazzoned in my brain for all the time it took to shoot and to finish in the darkroom. This one really makes me remember that, and it is such a powerful example of how this can be rendered! You would have an A+++++ :) Hugs. Antonia

Hi dear Antonia! Whe you write that i remember in my place the assignments we had, and they where many. But the one another teacher in photography teached us was that we should be attentive on our way to school, work, whatever - becuase on the "normal" way you walk everday between A to B, there you ave so much to find.
