Hey Gab...I just posted a similar photo. Is this a plover? That's what someone thought. I think they are so pretty. Love how he's king of the hill. Nice capture.

he is on the top..
looking about this strange world..
or looking for the sea..
but sea is his world,,
so i think he is looking about this world,,
may be he likes nobody to watch him or catch him..

Thank you for checking him out... I've been asking around for what kind of bird he is, to no avail. I looked up Plover (piping plover) but it has a short stubby beak, pure white underparts, and orange legs ... not quite like this one ... I'll keep asking ...thanks again ...Gab
