A good idea in "selective colour" used,
some interesting story has created in this shot,specially with the angle you have choosen and the child character.
but certainly for have a better result could be edited this job as:
controlling the contrast of color part with less hues of dress ( it's some intense now)
hiding the camera on the wall in Ps(it's distract the view)
using an other colour for border and frame.
