About Rimutaka Trig track at the summit, SH 2
a 45 minute return to trig through sub alpine plants.
Tararua Ranges can be seen in background as well as north of UpperHutt Valley, also part of SH 2.
Extreme wind up there would be difficult for tripod and was certainly challenging trying to stand upright! :O)
This pic was taken at 2pm with a 28mm so this is two pics Ive attempted a stitch together

Thankyou Sameh, glad you like our landscapes, Iam guilty of not putting the lens hood on :O( once I was up there I didnt even want to attempt to open camera bag fear off everything blowing away!
Next time I will put it on before I get up there in gale winds :O)

Great landscape, maybe if you use a Polarizer filter, the sky could be more blue and clean.

Tabitha Woods   {K:8606} 9/7/2005
Thanks Guilherme for checking out lots of my pics, and comments, yes you so right often the sky can be abit dull, an yes I have been given a CD Polarising Filter, which I'm very guilty of not trying it out properly!
Regards :O)
