I do not know about RAW files.
If you raise the color temperature
you make it cooler (more blue).
But I guess if you raise the WB
the picture will appear warmer?
At any rate, I change the color
balance of JPGs with Jasc Paint
Shop Pro. I think I remember
the rule is to change only
two colors for a print. So
for Paint Shop Pro try +10% red,
and -25% blue. This may be way
too much if you use Adobe. You
should be able to switch back and
forth quickly between the original
and the experimental version. Color
balance is a judgement call and
personal preference. But try adding
a little red and subtracting even
more blue. I think her skin color
will look healthier.
I tried it. I can post it here if
you desire.

Any way i had change the color balance and levels little bit to add red/yellow cast instead of the blue cast maybe you mean like this...if it's differnet please don't hesitate to upload yours also...

a little warmer yet.

Well the first photo is near to dayligth lighting ,i tried to make the second near to the tungesten lighting ,also the third but as you said little warmer..
Any way let us see the comments , i think it will be interesting..

I also agree with Sammy about the portrait being just a tad too cool, but it can be fixed in no time in Photoshop. Try Photo Filter command to warm it up a bit.
