I can't believe no one has commented on this photo yet! It is made up of two of my favourite subjects, sky and flowers. I think that the exposure was great for the sky, as it appears nice and saturated with colour.

For the sunflower it appears that a) the picture was taken in bright sunlight so that the flower is not as nice and saturated as it would be under clouds b) were you torn betweent he flowers or the sky as your subject? I know I would be, as they are both great, from what I can see of your location.

Were you able to get a lower angle to focus on one flower and have the sky in the background? Just a friendly suggestion. You have lots of great photos, and I look forward to seeing more of them in the future. (isn't the D70 great??!)

after my negative comments on yr wedding pic I'm surprised u even want to talk to me LOL. But thanks for your comment and I know what you mean. I should've done exactly THAT apropos fielding the flower against the sky. Alas, I did not :(
