About There is a sign there that says just that.

Next to each turbine there is a little hut where there will no doubt be a load of cables with the power flowing to the grid. Not sure whether the turine is in the head or the foot of these particualr ones, they are big up top so could be there....

More like danger of being turned into mincemeat I would have thought! Well balanced shot with the roadside post balancing the wind turbine...

I think the generator is usually mounted at the top of these things to reduce the frictional losses (could be wrong)...

The angle of the 'sails' make it look like a very skinny 'angel of the North' LOL Great colours, very fiery almost as though the turbines are shooting off light and power to the clouds Excellent Ade
