About Have seen this a number of different times - never been in there though. The angles in this composition caught my eye, and was having such fun practicing night photography. Wow, what a lot to learn - but still have a few more "practice" shots that may be worth an upload...

Lovely lovely lights! You seem to know exactly how to shoot night shots Janice, they don't look like "practice" to me, beautiful image!

Susie OConnor   {K:34798} 9/9/2005
They are looking great Janice!

Thanks Margaret - we did have fun, and I was pleased with most of my shots (got some dogs too and wiped those out) - but next time I'll spend more time outside than in. Sam really has gotten some great shots - always look forward to seeing his next upload to see what I missed by not getting outside during the day with my camera! LOL Jan

Rob helped me with my camera settings Darlene - guess he wanted dear ol' Mom to get at least one or two good shots. Did manage to set the camera and take a few myself - but very much a learning experience. Going to have to make me a cheat-sheet, cause I know I will not be able to remember the different settings for awhile. Jan

Excellent night shot Janice,magnificent lighting,
a pity that the trees in the FG obstruct qite a lot of the scene
Regards

Zeev - You are right about the tree blocking the view, but just didn't have a saw to take down that pesky little tree, and no way I could get a really good shot of the "whole" without something blocking my view. Thanks for the comment, really appreciate you for taking the time. Jan

You have captured this so well....! I don't get opportunities like this over here...unfortunately.

Thanks Judi for your comments. Mega computer problems over the past few weeks have really been challenging and have not allowed me to do too much. One of these days, I will really have to go inside Paris, Paris - not to mention some of the others that we haven't visited. The insides usually look really neat - unfortunately - can't use your camera. Darn! Jan

I look forward to seeing the results....if only you could sneak in a camera though...LOL!!

Don't get into trouble now...hehehehe!!

Judi
