About No apology - the Grand Canyon is appealing to ANY and all photography and I'm happy to say so. And like everyone else who witnesses this massive natural spectacle, I was humbled and rendered silent for a long time after heading up from the car park to this view. I do wish the sky had been more interesting, but we can't have everything! The other side of the canyon is 8 miles distant! Oh and yes the limitations of early digital cams shine through...I know that too. Notwithstanding, the Grand Canyon is eye candy from every possible viewpoint :)

Excellent photo of the Grand Canyon with the Colorado River meandering below.

Eye candy is right! What a spectacular view! I'd like to visit there someday. Well done, Anthony!
