Interesting facts in your about James. This is beautiful with the great lines and shadows, I love the almost perfect lines made by the wind and the space where the shadows are, almost look like big holes. Alison

Wonderful shadow, bold colourand relief, in this aesthetically pleasing, desert-world image, James. I chose this from your desert series, as I think it illustrates the sharp lines contrasting with the gentle curves, at their best.
Also, the foreground curving ridge, with superb sand detail on one side, and deep shadow on the other, is particularly well defined.
Seven and a favourite.

I really love these shots of the dunes - reminds me of my trips to Death Valley this year.
