Very strong image. His posture suggests torment. The juxtoposition between the man and his environment adds an incredable amount of depth to this photo. He sits alone in this barren, empty landscape. There's no one around he can turn to for help, no one can hear his pleas for help if he chooses to call out. I get the sense of this man being lost within himself, without direction. The barrel he leans against seems rusty and discarded. The fact that he's leaning on it may convey a connection between he and it. A dark, ominous cloud looming in the sky may suggest even darker times to come as it overtakes the sunshine quickly disolving behind the man.
