I did not have a tripod for this shot, so I had to use the top of a wall and hope I didn't drop the camera.

Considering your circumstances, this is a great night shot. I've always enjoyed the cathedral and the lighting in this shot compliments the architecture of the building. Maybe try rotating it a little counter-clockwise to compensate for the unevenness of your makeshift tripod.
