About Hi friends,

It's been almost two weeks since visiting any of you. I can't possibly catch up on 257 photos!! And not sure how much time I'll be spending on line.

We have listed our house and plan to move to Minnesota, (and I am a native Californian)!!! Am I in for a change!

But will be new places for my husband and I to explore. I'll be photographing in the snow as opposed to beaches...kind of scary huh? :)

I'll visit your images as soon as possible!

Lori :)

Hi Lori- no worries. The cold might take some getting used to though. But I'm sure you will find the landscape inspiring,

Cheers,
Chris

If I'm not mistaking I believe this is the Church of the Holy Cross in Sedonna. A marvel of architecture. Beautiful photo of the interior and the altar.

Although I don't recall you on usefilm I wish you and your husband the best on your move to Minnesota. A big change indeed.

I understand what you mean....
Perfect lighting management, Lori, the background scene indeed adds a calm atmosphere for the peaceful church.
Cheers, my friend!!
Good luck in your new life!!!
Carmem

Dear Lori,

The exterior blue sky is a bit grainy and I do not care too much for the frame either, but what a view it must be of God's creation outside the window which is not stained and I wish was a bit more colorful per the attached.

Thanks for sharing and Best of Regards!

Wonderful Lori. Well done with the lighting, getting both inside and outside correctly exposed. I like the symmetry in the foreground, broken up by the natural lines in the back. Great work.

Hi Elisa,
Thanks for your nice words....
Yes, it is a scary move, but if we don't try it now, then WHEN? :) We have already talked about plans if in case we find it's not for us. We certainly don't feel that we are 'tied' there, so, who knows...maybe in two years we will be in Arizona. LOL Hey, you only live once!!

Have a GR8 day Elisa,
Lori :)

You may even freeze on the pavement and get stuck in a blizzard, brrrr. Not a smart move now that the energy bills run higher!.
Hey nice photo dear friend. See you around.

Hi Lori!!!!

Love thsi one... IMHO it is very well exposed... since you had low light in the church and a lot of light in the background... Love the composition and the view... Excellent presentation...

So you are in from a great change... It is scary always... but really fun... Hope like it there in Minnesota...

Have a GR8 day!!!!!
