Absolutely stunning capture. Really beautiful long exposure makes the water look so soft. Very well done!

nice shot. what was your exposure data for this one?

James Hager   {K:6285} 9/13/2005
See the "About" James. I gave up trying to fit my actual exposure data into the UF form because they hardly ever have the settings I used.

James, I Love this shot...the way it flows in a diagonal. The water is beautifully soft and silky.
Thanks for sharing the beauty.

Wow, I just visited several different waterfalls last month and couldn't get any of them to look this awesome. I really like the way you have this. Great job! And thanks again for all the visits to my portfolio!

Thanks, and you're welcome, Angela. Waterfalls can be tricky because it takes a nice waterfall and good light. This was shot in the morning in complete shade before the sun came over the mountains. Bright, or not so bright, overcast also works well. I avoid shooting falls, and water in general, when the sun's out because the scene is usually too contrasty.
