Nice abstract Sheila! I like the bubbles at the bottom. Works well as a b&w!

Nice abstract Sheila! You have a good eye for these. I like the b/w a lot.

Hi Sheila,

I like this black and white, and your recent portraits are also well taken. I think your scanner is leaving things a bit soft, and you should punch up contrast in editing.

Sheila Carson   {K:5912} 9/25/2005
Thanks Martin. I will try working more with the contrast when I'm editing. I think that I might need some classes in photo editing as well as photography! I'm never quite sure what to do when I'm editing my photos. It's mostly been trial and error with a little bit of helpful comments from fellow photographers here. Thanks for the help, I really do appreciate it!

Hi Sheila,
Comments are usually good. I found Picasa (free from Google) to be very fast at both managing my photos and lightning fast for editing changes to assess what I might do more carefully (and a lot slower) in more advanced editing. It is free.
