Complimenti!!

Saluti.

Wonderful image....I can see Jan on the left with the sunglasses...great angle of view.....cycling has been my passion for 30 years....I was a competitive cyclist for 15 years......a member of Kissena Cycling Club in N.Y.C....I watched George Hincape develope into the great cyclist he is today.....

Wow, great action capture Thilo, I like the repetition, I can really feel the tension in this one. As I look from face to face, arm to arm, and leg to leg I can feel myself tensing up. You did a great job of freezing the action. At first I thought that you should crop it a little lower, but then on second thought that sign and the balloons give the viewer more information...very well captured...Linda

Very nice capture Thilo, the helmets are adding to the composition making it more as an abstract, very well seen and capture, I like the cropping as well,
Regards,

Beautiful sports journalism shot Thilo.

The display of the helmets is like a swarm of beetles.
It's fun to look at all the individual expressions.

Hi Thilo, many thanks for dedicating such a great photo to me. Sorry i haven't been around to comment on this one for a while, been really busy trying to get my website up and running. Couldn't find anything that really suited me so i started from scratch designing in Flash. Lots of fun and it is now starting to come together, will send you the URL when i'm finished. Best wishes Neil

Thilo Bayer   {K:50301} 9/21/2005

tom rumland   {K:14874} 10/7/2005
i see him! ;^) i like this quite a bit. esp. your choice to crop the wheels/legs off and reducing the image to a mass of color and 'anticipated' motion. well done!

tom
