Nice rich B&W tones that can only come from real film. The groupings of people is interesting too. I think I would prefer the main grouping to be slighly lighter for details in the shadow area.

Great portrait, very good tonal range...I whould have included the heads of the 3 man behind, and give a bit more ligh on the group on the left side.
