Very cool perspective. I've never seen London City Hall before. I think this would be near perfect if there were a way to minimize the visibility of the track lights at the top of the image.

Neat shot!!! Cool perspective and shapes, great angle and good composition... well spotted!!! It really pays to look up once and a while.... ;-D!! The only thing I don't like are the lights/lamps so I cropped (quite) a bit to get rid of them.... hope you don't mind.... tried to keep the 'feel' of the shot, because I really like it.... let me know what you think of it... ;-D!!!

Thanks for your comments. I must say I really like the crop you -Petal- have done, even if some of the image had to be sacrified.
Though I would like to keep some more image from the bottom, i agree in the fact that the spotlights are really disturbing the image.
This photo was taken on 'London open day'. when some buildings are open to the public. I'm afraid I will have to wait until next year to re-shot! :p

A very interesting and creative shot! The winding stairs is captured in all its beauty, in this perspective.

Derek this is such an excellent composition. WOnderful perspective and good detail and colour/tones. It is almost surreal and felt like two eyes were looking down, hope you wont take offence but I played a little - hope it will amuse you. It certainly does not take away how highly I rate your composition

A swirl with a pinch. Carefully designed shot with very illusive and provoking expresion. Great results. n.j
