uhm... what do you mean for real?
I've just used the high contrast in Nikon Capture (from a normal contrast of the raw file) and added a digital Red Contrast filter in PS... so, I may say that it's not Photoshopped... or, nothing more than what you can do in a Darkroom from a high contrasted slide (a Velvia) and some contrast filters
In attachment the original NEF file as is... but will you ever print a BN negative "as is"? I think not

Il tempo e' sempre piu' tiranno e di la' fervono novita' (in cui sono coinvolto direttamente tecnicamente) ma un saluto qui almeno ogni tanto ci vuole ...
