Wasn't sure which one to upload, but at the end, I uploaded the colored one and uploading the B&W just to let me know which one you like better, Regards,

Magdy Aly   {K:3686} 10/2/2005
Both are good Ameed , i prefer the colour one anyway, weldone here just one littel thing , i think if you have positioned yourself more to the middle you would have better composition.
best regards
magdy

Both are great Ameed...but I think the B/W is more romantic...but where are they Ameed?? I wish it wasn't court...I can see they are groom & bride...too early for them to have problems !!

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42185} 10/2/2005
Thanks Magdy for your honest opinion, much appreciated,
I tried the very center composition in here, moved a little to the right got some shots, and a little to the left got some more shots, but at the end I selected this one, as the exact center one doesn't show and facial expression, but this angle almost shows all the Bride's face,
Thanks once again and much appreciated,
Regards,

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42185} 10/2/2005

I agree this image represents love, but I like the fact that it don't carry the appearance of a posed shot....nothing represents love more then a good candid shot.
I kind of like the color one.
Kind Regards.

Eleisa Martin   {K:2579} 10/6/2005
Hi Ameed. First I'll say that I like the colored version better.

This is a beautiful picture.

The comment was made that you could have been more centered. But, I don't believe a picture has to be perfectly symmetrical. Because the columns are so large there needs to be something that brings the eye to them. By them being slightly off center they break up the symmetry and we look at them.

Very nice work!

Eleisa

Saeed Al Shamsi   {K:47535} 10/6/2005
I like the combination of verticals elements which suites the main subject, caught in wonderful moment. Superb. Saeed

Bryan Jarmain   {K:11941} 10/10/2005
A very nicely captured shot, Ameed. Good use of the kit lens. It came out nice and sharp and contrasty.

Linda Bique   {K:73877} 10/14/2005
Beautiful dear Ameed, I really like the angle of her head and the angle of her dress, and you're right the way they are looking at each other is wonderful, you captured this beautifully, I like the color version better because I think that the touches of blue and gold really compliment the image. I also like the perspective that you shot this from, very creative, and very nicely done, the two pillars representing strength and unity, well done my dear...Linda

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42185} 10/14/2005

I hope you won't be away for long my friend, you will be missed, hurry back..Linda

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42185} 10/14/2005
I hope so Linda, Thanks allot for your concern, But to be honest with you, I am kind of having another thought about UF. The hobby started to turn from Photography to UF. Beside that, I keep on seeing lots of other works get recognized, and most of the winners are repeated names. While other photographers have a wonderful work, but never recognized because no one nominate their work..it started to get really frustrating.
Thanks dear once again .. We will see..

Linda Bique   {K:73877} 10/15/2005
I'm sorry you are feeling that way dear Ameed, I do understand. Your photography is very good and I don't really understand why you haven't been nominated more, and why your work hasn't been awarded, it should be. I'm sorry for this my dear, and I do hope you won't stay away, because you have many friends here who will miss you...I'm one of them...Linda

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42185} 10/16/2005
Thanks Linda for your kind encouragement, I really appreciate it and means allot to me,
I might go tomorrow '' if not raining '' to shoot some :)
I will let you know dear,
Regards,

Linda Bique   {K:73877} 10/16/2005

Mmmmm, so fitting. Pillars are such a great symbol to think about in marriage. The idea of what holds a marriage up, and what is so strong that it can stand whatever strainful load. Very nice capture, Ameed.
