Magical light and colours, Ade!
A masterful shot, as ever.
Best regards, Chris
P.S. I've taken your tip re. RAW ~ what a difference!

Very nice capture!

Ade So much packed in a picture and it all works. The detail is all good and the water is lovely - a great shimmer to it and with it's excellent reflections

I do make sense occasionally :-)

though Steve and Al would deny that!!!

I told al about converting a RAW twice - once for the sky (get that dark and broody) and then a second file for the foreground (so you have some detail and warmth) - then you can blend them and get perfect exposure every time.... no filters or double exposures needed.

Only time I'd NOT shoot RAW is when doing sport cause your rapid fire rate goes down loads.

Another cracker Ade! I can just see this on a brochure for Scarborough...

he quality of the light looks great. Good exposure control and love that gradated sky too....
