This is beautifully clear and sharp, and I really like the composition - the shape of the rock and the way the bird has plenty of space to stare into.
I think I might be tempted to crop just a little off the top - I think rather than taking something away from your photo, it would concentrate the viewers gaze onto the bird.
I think this is a really lovely shot.
