nice shot. can use some color correction for an incandescent light, focus on at least one face and cropping that spares limbs and hair, but otherwise - a great try.
oh, also, the red-eye - can be corrected too, you know?

Hello Naftali Raz! Thank You for Your critique, I see Your points. When I saw this girl on the right in the middle of the dance floor in Manguera it was like a little devil appeared on my shoulder screeming in my ear "Take this picture" so I wasn't thinking much and the results are oh well not the best. But I am still glad I took this shot. Good Luck and good to hear from You.

Except for a bit of spontaniety and focus, everything else lighting, pose, hairdo,must improve. oh and "cheers"
