It is hard to believe this picture was taken with a point and shoot, but I always tell people it is about the photographer and not about the equipment so much. Great landscape, it may sound ironic in this static picture, but I will say perfect timing. You have managed to take this shot when the balance between the soft efect of the fog and warm sunlight is, what it seems to me, at its highest. The detail and focus is another story, small elements in this photo are just eye popping, tuck sharp. The tree roots on the left appear to have a deadly grip on the little patchy sand, it looks like they have to struggle very hard with the nature. The small leaves are the proof the trees are winning. Yet another thing; very beautiful highlights on the rocks in the road and I like the way in which the barren sand brings some warm tones to this picture. Absolut 7. I will look at the rest of Your work. This piece is a good attention getter.
