There's something very peaceful about lights reflecting on water isn't there. Very nice image.

The sky looks a little noisy, but its not an unpleasant effect, the overall image is sharp. I don't know about the building on the right, I don't think it adds anything to the image. You could have tried cropping it out and just leaving the boat and the dark water on that side to frame it.
