Very nice, mi amiga! I like the separation between the gulls' 9or terns') world and the human world beyond. The bluish haze over the cityscape gives it a kind of 'mirage' quality!

Thank you Keith, so nice to hear your words, and it's great to be back. Funny you should say that about Mum and Dad watching over the little ones, because I initially wrote that in my about, and then changed it, you know what they say about great minds...hahaha...I'll be checking out your work shortly my friend...Linda

Hi Linda! I like the color treatment and vignetting. It looks like a vintage polaroid, muting the modernity of the buildings, and adding a memory look. Lovely birds (sandpipers?), hard to catch them standing still. Regards, Ina

Hi Ina, thanks for your comment, it's always good to hear from you. Glad you like the vignette too, no color treatment though, and I do think they are sandpipers too, but wasn't sure..they do look like them don't they...and you are so right they are very skiddish...I just wish that I had my telephoto lens but then again I couldn't have gotten that cityscape as well, so who knows?...Thanks again dear...Linda

Dear Linda,
I wish I were there to enjoy the view with.
We know this kind of picture have double value because first of all you have to be there and then to be clever to see the moment. In my opinion this makes the difference between a great photographer and a good photographer, your place is among the first...Bravissima!

Nice shot. the composition is superb. I loved the reflections especially. But, I'm not so sure about the background. The citryscape alone looks impressive but when combined with the birds, they seem to be taken at very different locations (which may look attractive to many other people. Anyway, a good photo overall. regards ayse
