About We started our hike on Lake O'Hara in the snowy/rainy/foggy time of the day only to have the sky break open to amazing sunny skies later in the day.

Beautiful and impressive - it?s interesting with all wood in the lake.

The colours are suprisingly bold considering that it is mostly overcast. I think the minimal amount of blue sky does alot for the image.

Gertrud Gozner   {K:14222} 10/14/2005
wonderful and dramatic! I like the colors! G.

incredible shoot... beautifull perspective and colors! Great work!

John Hirce   {K:659} 10/14/2005
Dramatic shot. I agree ... the cloudy haze really adds emotion and originality that blue skies and puffy clouds couldn't touch.

I think I like the trees tracing lines in the green lake best of all.

-- well done!

Hi, Tim,

I have no words to express my feeling looking to the beauty of underwater tones and forms.

I've been tending to other projects for a couple of months and am now catching up on UF comments. Thanks for your October comment on my image, "Reflections and Leaves." This image has amazing detail in the water without losing detail in the much brighter clouds. Stunning image. -- Naomi
