About This is the the west side of the pass in the lakes, taken from the fort enclosure.

The obviouls thing was the clouds, the sun was selectuively illuminating all sorts at the time,i JUST caught this in time beofre the ckloudsa went back to being grey.

I left the dars in this shot for scale purposes - I know some people don't like them, but the one at the top is a range rover and the lower one is something boring.

Putting this up for a mate, Jason Stevens, whose dad has cycled over this without stopping.... bear in mind that this is the very top of it - there's 1000 feet to climb behind this too!

Ade the tones and curves and colours are gorgeous. A stunning image. Tiny nit pick it looks like the sharpening shows just a bit from the road and to the left, had a quick look and just cloned to the line. If the colours weren't as phenonenal it wouldn't show

Overall very nice photo, everything is on its place, only thing that disturbs me a little bit is a green color of the sky. The rest is more than great!

oooh - can't see what you did there, very subtle whatever it was :-)

with this I drews a loop around the path of the road from top to bottom, feathered it by about 30 pixles, then did a USM to bring it out a bit. Also dodged the road to make ti stand out more. it was quite dull originally.

Cheers for the edit though - I'll keep looking till I spot it :-)

WOW! At first glance I thought this was a stream, then I saw the cars, glad you did leave them it. What a neat capture this is!

I'm glad I stopped by your portfolio, you really do have some nice work, and a GOOD EYE!

Keep up the good work!
Lori :)
