About This poor bale was left behind in Flamborough

por thing, bet it's been eaten by now.

Sunset at flamborough head - amazing place it was so god knows why I'm posting a shot of a bale instead of the gorgeous cliffs....

Coming from a country girl... I like the bale photo rather than the cliffs. :) Fantastic lighting!

Wow! Fabulous composition. The balance of the rolled hay and cut grass, seen with such beautiful clarity and sharpness here, and the intense colors in the sky is perfect. Looks like the sky upper left has been darkened and that blends beautifully with the hay roll shadow, though perhaps a bit less darkening would have worked and also held more interest. But perhaps not. As I say, the balance feels wonderful so why mess with this much success?!

7/7, to my faves!

Mark
