colors and saturation is really great; but I think there is a mess in the composition, Tim - too much objects and my eyes can not concentrate on the main subject; sorry :-)

The colors and the details are so rich that this shot almost hurts my eyes to look at it. What a feast and how lucky you are to have seen this beauty in person.
I have to disagree with Lukasz though - there is not too much detail in this shot. I am not sure what he believes to be the main focus of this shot - to me the focus is in the whole shot and the variety of textures, green and also dried vegitation, dead trees next to living pine trees, snow capped mountains, water with crystal clear reflections - it's as if you were trying to transport us here to see what you saw. I thank you for that. Will post this comment and come back and dink this one in to my favorites. Well done! Jan

Outstanding quality photograph.
Love the composition and saturated colors.
That pond is reflecting the blue sky so nicely.
Light colored grasses in front of the deep dark blues, AWESOME!

Hi Janice,
Thank you for your interest and comments. I understand where Lukasz is coming from. This photo doesn't have the obvious focal point that most of my other shots have and he is the master of simplicity. This shot is more about ambiance for me less about focal power.
