About Happy Halloween!

Thank you to Mary Brown for lending me her moon. The skeleton is from last night's photoshoot. Am still working on this...I promise to catch up on comments as soon as I get this batch done. Thank you to all for your comments on this series. :)

Whoa! you sure are getting good results with your shoot,Toni....this is great and what a frightening scene ...thought the moon was a glow in the dark cantaloupe at first glance tho'..LOL..something about those faint white curved lines coming out of that white round mark..
good job!
regards,gayle

Hi Gayle...thanks for commenting on all these -- especially for the thought about the cantaloupe...lol. I agree! It is bugging me. That is really what the moon looks like -- Mary Brown took the picture of the moon with her telescope. Perhaps I should tone down that section so it doesn't look so funny.

Ooh, I think my picture of the Moon scared this poor guy right out of his skin. I really like this one. I'm so glad you had such fun with the Moon shots.
I see the comment about the Moon looking cantaloupe-like---which it does from this angle with Crater Tycho and its prominent rayed ejecta. A suggestion might be to flip the picture. A horizontal flip of Mr. Bones but actually move the Moon to the left side as in your Trick or Treat shot. That way Mr. Bones would be howling at a section of the Moon which doesn't have the same cantaloupe-like geography. Although, I must say that this way is quite neat and has appeal as it looks like the Moon and your friend are having a staring match. My money goes on the Moon. ;-))
