Ten years after high school
Four months since we broke the wall
Seeing you here everyday
Oh, in your arms I would stay
For weeks, we held each one's heart
For days, I wished we were never apart
Though we're far away from His will
I don't care as long as we both stand still
Water will rise in this pavement
We stay up high until our final judgment
Whenever the wind blows so fast
Just tighten that grip coz I'm certain we'll last
Sky will turn dark and scary
Rain will fall like no ordinary
We'll move on one day at a time
Coz we know we'll get there just fine
Doubts, fears and insecurities
Only three things to tear us to pieces
Hope, Faith and Dreams we fill
More and more, we both stand still
I need you to be here, I need you to stay
This game wouldn't be fun if you won't play
I'm standing here beside you,
In hopes you stand beside me too
To think, it's really hard to reach out for you
To believe, it's the only thing we can do
