I really like the geometry of the branches. I think you could crop a 1/5th to a 1/4 of the bottom of this image off and get a stronger image. Very nice shot.

again, a great perspective composing. the golden leaves shine and dominate the image on the color side. maybe the trunk is a bit too heavy in terms of space? not sure, just an idea.
