Ha- I have BOTH the dolly scare and the clown scare... this is creepy! Like an old Hitchcock movie or something, a great capture by you with perfect tones to show the strangeness of these abandoned "children". Great series, Tracey!

Cool image Tracey. Creepy kind of like village of the damned. I like photographs that evoke strong feelings as for me this does.

Congrats for POD!...love the one in the middle and when a child i had a 3ft. doll that looked very much like the one on the right as viewed...i called her "Cat-a-tonic" (i had access to psychology books very early in life because of a fave aunt who had the books while in college..;>) Like the toning and what a great find! ~gayle

Sorry I am behind on replies so I would just like to Thank all of you for your great comments! and it's definatly like children of the corn!!! Yes, we are in the middle of a huge tornado ridden cornfield... scary enough all on it's own! truly lovely to know we have a 2nd twister season... but hey I have my camera ready this time! So if somebody should catch my camera in a few states over be a dear pluck out the card and don't forget to give me credit for my last shots!!! (yes I've seen 1 very up close and personal and didn't have my camera!~ about a half a mile away is the closest I want to be! my husband on the other hand is insane and loves to storm chase! Now there's disturbed!!!)

A superbly done composition. They're from a different, happier time, and so appropriate to use the 124G Yashicamat. She's right, they should keep it.
