About the final cut of the image posted the other day.

may do something with the sky - do an unerexposed RAW conversion or something to get a bit of detail in there?? ?

Brought out detail with a little sharpen, then dodged the front of the castle and any tnhing facing "right", then burned in a few things to give the impression of side lighting - though ther was none of scourse, flat as hell you'd say!

well time for a pint

Good work with the lighting, Ade, and lots of detail in the old stonework.
Dave.

Have one for me Ade. Under the weather at the moment. I told you this one was promising and you havedone it proud with the exception of that sky which will have to go.

reckon just a white sky would have been better? All Idid was burn what was there and it went pink!

bizzare

spent more time on this than anything for ages - flogging a dead horse maybe?

think I'll do a mono one actually - skies are easier that way.
