We need these little memories because they are fast disappearing from all around the World.

Only you could see beauty in this old sign, very good eye, Jeanette! I love the word "STOPP" as if it refers to stop the destruction - be it demolition, graffitti, etc. However, nobody obeyed the desperate message. The yellow grass in all your pictures adds a warm, calming note of romanticism. Regards, Ina

These signs were long gone when I moved out out of Sweden - must have been in a neglegted spot for a long time. Paint certainly looks like its been there for a while :-) I like the basic (fundamental) colors.

The Swedes use too many P's in their stop signs......... that explains the worldwide shortage of them.
ps .. nice work, Jeanette ..... these older directional signs have interesting evolutionary connections to modern international wayfinding/environmental graphics standards
