Excellent close up details Anna, love the texture of the water and that metal object. The light has also created some interesting refraction effects in the water, that pink/brown colour is nice as well.

I've just learnt a new word! Contraption... marchingegno. Thanks! This is one of your finest photographs and I can't for the life of me work out why it's taken me this long to leave a comment... the depth of field you've chosen is perfect here and the contrast between the solidity of the marchingegno and l'acqua is molto interessante!
