Wonderful capture. I really like the hues and the unique angle. The halo around the foliage bothers me a litte though.

Thanks Judi for looking and expressing whats pleasing to you and whats not.. interesting cause I have other tree shots from this same place and they seem to have slight aura's around them! Anyway I did play with selective colour, saturation and have added the pure original image of this to see, if you can see the slight glow..

Thanks Greg, yip thats why I like these trees, cause theyre abit different looking, reminding me very much of a childrens author's illustrations, Dr Suess

I really like that original. I do like how you have lightened the foreground. But I actually prefer the original sky colour. Hmmm...now that isn't normal for me. LOL!!
