The foreground textures and lighting are great. The dark upper right corner of the sky is mildly distracting, but it does add to the banding of light and dark bands running across this scene. I think you could get away with cropping varying amounts of sky and have an equally strong image. All a matter of personal preference though. Wonderful desert landscape.

very nice composition and great title. imho, cropping the sky on the top would strengthen this photo.

The lines of the sand dunes are lovely. I also agree that the sky could be cropped. Beautiful photo all the same
