Hi Joe,
Thanks for your comments. Here is how I got this vivid color, very easy too. In Photoshop (I'm assuming you have that, hopefully), add a curves layer, set to Overlay (very important). Then make changes like I show in my attachment. Change RGB, Green and Blue channels to like mine. Let me know if I can give you more info.

You are welcome Joe, just play around with the different channels in overlay mode for different effects. Also try soft light mode too. I create different curves for varying effects and then save them. That way it's easy to apply them again to another image. One other tip to get more contrast is to create a new curve, but don't change any settings, just click OK. Then set to Soft Light. Then adjust the opacity for the amount of contrast you want. Really improves a lot of images. Take care.
