Hi john, no he's not the driver... he's actually waiting for a taxi. and that bus, it's the famous passenger "jeepney" here in philippines... so when u get to see that kind of vehicle... it IS Philippines...

nice shot larry. i especially like that the man's head is being tilted just a little to the side, like he's waiting for something to happen. something which may or may not ever happen.
