Well done. The quality of light is very unusual--almost hypnotic.

Regards,

(BTW--How do you like the 17-85mm lens? I'm in the market for a wide/super-wide zoom, and I am rather addicted to the IS feature.)

Paul Lara   {K:86876} 11/21/2005
Well, super-wide this lens isn't, at an effective 27mm. It has very crisp optics and when my lens isn't fast enough, I bump up the ISO and take out the noise in post (gotta love digital).

Rebecca Raybon   {K:26645} 11/22/2005
this is awesome, Paul! I love it!

Thanks, Paul. Yep, in the olden days, 27mm was pretty wide, and that truly is about all I need. I am looking at some 10-20mm zooms, but--tempting as the might be--I am not convinced I would get a lot of use out of the investment. I am glad to hear about your good experience with the 17-85.
