Although you're right about there being many photos of thid place, I believe each one differs from the others and yours is unique in that it is mostly B&W with the people in it giving it stains of color. The off center composition is also a good idea.

Hi Jose, the spiral staircase is very well used to create a feel for the depth. Eventhough I do think there are hundreds of photos of this scene too, I haven't seen one before... Isn't photography forbidden inside the Vatican? Nice shot!
