A marvellous composition and a high-quality shot! That texture of the wood planks is magnificent. The bird looks frozen, but I think it is just napping(?)

Ah, this is a delightful image, James - the colours of the owl and woodwork repeat beautifully - the dark background, texture of the wood, grass lining the bottom of the photograph - great crop, so glad you did not turn it into a echoe of shape of the window - gorgeous detail - straight into my favourites - Regards
