Portfolio Description: The patterns one find in rust can be very appealing and varied. It has a life of its own which is largely determined by the mineral content of the oxidizing material itself as well as the local climate conditions. What intriques me most is the intricate and ever-changing patterns one can find on a small piece of metal in your backyard - especially if you look at it through a macro lens. Very similar to the quickly changing shapes in the clouds - just on a different scale of size and time.
