About: I first started Photography in the early 1970's with a Minolta SRT-101 - new baby boy, I needed photos to send to the grandparents. I started working too hard for many years, and the camera stayed in the back of the closet. I continued to look at photo books, though, and picked up the hobby again in 1999. I shoot with a Nikon F100 and a Fuji S2 (yes, I still shoot film - mostly slides - AND digital). My main interests are nature, macro (flowers), patterns in nature, and more recently, people. Comments and critique on my postings are always welcome - that's how I learn.
